Software Licences
Leanmerce WordPress/WooCommerce plugins may contain software distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or another applicable open-source licence.
Open-source rights
Where a Leanmerce software package is distributed under the GPL, customers receive the rights granted directly by that licence.
Leanmerce commercial terms do not remove or reduce rights provided by the applicable open-source software licence.
Leanmerce commercial entitlement
A paid Leanmerce purchase may additionally provide commercial services that are separate from the open-source copyright licence, including:
- authorised access to protected Pro package distribution;
- licence/site activation capacity;
- protected Pro updates;
- current-version package access;
- technical support;
- customer Account services.
Plans
Where a product uses the standard Leanmerce plan model:
Single: 1 production + 1 staging/development site
Business: 5 production + 5 staging/development sites
Agency: 25 production + 25 staging/development sites
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, these plans differ by site capacity rather than by artificially restricting the Pro feature set.
Expiry
Expiry or non-renewal may restrict access to future protected packages, updates and premium support.
Expiry does not revoke rights already granted under the applicable GPL/open-source licence and does not remotely disable established installed plugin runtime.
