Common questions
Does the subscription include PANTHEON API access?
No. Datalab or an authorized Datalab partner must activate the required PANTHEON API subscription and Connector license(s).
Does the plugin write to PANTHEON?
Only controlled EAN/GTIN insert or update through a confirmed, locked and allowlisted adapter. It does not write stock, prices or generic business data to PANTHEON.
Does Price Control change sale prices?
No. It can update only WooCommerce regular_price from a verified PANTHEON regular price and never changes sale_price.
Does Data Discovery choose mappings automatically?
No. Administrators review candidates, explicitly confirm sources and lock mappings before readiness.
Does opening Reconciliation scan the full catalog?
No. It uses saved results until an explicit full check is requested; single-SKU correction performs a targeted live read.
Can I verify mappings before changing data?
Yes. Connection Test, bounded discovery, confirmation, locking and Dry Run are available before Go Live.
What happens during a temporary Leanmerce licensing outage?
A previously validated active license uses the plugin's seven-day offline grace period; normal frontend requests never wait on Leanmerce.com.
