Scope
These Terms apply to software, licences and related services purchased through Leanmerce.com.
The relevant product page, selected plan, checkout information and applicable policies form part of the transaction.
Product information
Before purchase, Leanmerce provides information concerning the product’s principal functionality, edition, compatibility, technical requirements, licence capacity, price, payment, digital delivery, update/support entitlement and other material characteristics.
Order process
The customer selects the relevant product and plan, supplies required billing information, reviews the order and applicable terms and submits the order.
The customer can correct relevant order information before submitting the purchase.
Contract and payment
Submitting an order does not by itself prove successful payment.
Payment status becomes authoritative when confirmed by the approved payment infrastructure.
Price and currency
The customer is shown the final amount payable before completing the transaction.
Applicable taxes and charges are disclosed where relevant.
Where EUR pricing is displayed for commercial/reference purposes, the BAM amount actually payable through the current Bosnia and Herzegovina payment setup is made clear before transaction confirmation.
Digital delivery
Leanmerce software is supplied electronically and no physical shipping charge applies.
Delivery and activation are governed by the Digital Delivery policy.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumer withdrawal rights and the applicable statutory exceptions are described in Returns & Refunds.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Complaints and defects
Complaints and software conformity issues are handled under Complaints, Software Conformity & Warranty.
Licence
Software use is additionally governed by the applicable software/open-source licence and Leanmerce commercial entitlement rules described in Software Licences.
Updates and support
Access to protected Pro downloads, new Pro versions and premium technical support may depend on an active commercial entitlement.
Expiry does not remotely disable established installed plugin runtime.
Customer obligations
Customers must provide accurate order and billing information and must not attempt unauthorised access to Leanmerce systems, protected packages, accounts, licences or information belonging to other customers.
Intellectual property
Leanmerce trademarks, visual identity, documentation, website content and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Rights granted under an applicable open-source software licence are not overridden by these commercial Terms.
Privacy
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
Mandatory rights and applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
