Customer access — authenticated order-owner download in My Account with authorization checks.
Administrator documents — Open / Print controls in the WooCommerce order Documents box, including legacy and HPOS contexts.
Language options — Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian (Latin) and English for included administrative and PDF copy.
Privacy-safe diagnostics — scoped diagnostics without remote telemetry or license checks in Free.

Supported legal ruleset and document scope
Bosnia and Herzegovina. Jurisdiction-specific guidance is included for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska and Brčko District where implemented. The plugin does not guarantee legal compliance or replace the merchant’s responsibility to follow applicable law.

Common questions
Do legal obligations really matter when selling online in Bosnia and Herzegovina?
Yes. Online selling is subject to relevant consumer-protection and trade rules. The fact that WooCommerce can accept orders does not, by itself, mean every applicable obligation has been met.
What can I do with the free edition?
You can follow the guided initial setup, run checks of selected information and WooCommerce settings, and use Basic PDF order confirmations. Free works on its own.
Why would I need Pro?
Pro is intended for more advanced contract-document workflows and records: documents linked to orders, preserving the relevant versions and keeping the related documentation easier to track. It is still in development, and the final feature set will be published before sales begin.
Can Commerce Assistant certify that my store is fully compliant with the law?
No. The plugin helps you review and document selected areas of your operations. It does not issue a legal compliance certificate or replace assessing the rules that apply to your store.
Can I download Pro now?
Not yet. Free 0.12.7 is available on WordPress.org, and Pro is in development. We will publish availability details here when the edition is ready.
