Digital Delivery
Leanmerce products are software products delivered electronically. No physical shipment takes place.
Delivery
After payment has been successfully confirmed, the customer’s purchase is associated with their Leanmerce Account.
Depending on the purchased product and edition, this may include:
- authorised software download;
- licence entitlement;
- licence/activation credential;
- permitted production and staging site capacity;
- access to eligible updates;
- access to applicable technical support.
Delivery time
Digital provisioning is normally performed automatically shortly after successful payment confirmation.
If provisioning cannot be completed automatically because a transaction requires verification or because of a technical issue, the order may be placed into manual review.
The service will in any event be provided within the period required by applicable law.
Delivery cost
There is no physical delivery or shipping charge for Leanmerce software.
Technical requirements
Customers should review the stated technical and compatibility requirements before purchase.
Each product page identifies the relevant supported WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions and any product-specific dependencies.
Licence activation
Where activation is required, sites are activated against the entitlement included with the purchased plan.
Expiry of a paid entitlement may end access to new Pro packages, protected updates and premium support, but does not remotely disable an already established installed Leanmerce plugin runtime.
