What does Leanmerce Purchase Planner do?
It turns WooCommerce sales, stock and known availability evidence into reviewable reorder proposals and supplier purchase workflows.
Is WooCommerce required?
Yes. WooCommerce 8.2 or newer is required.
Does Purchase Planner change WooCommerce stock?
No. WooCommerce stock is read-only to the planner.
Can it reconstruct past stock availability when first installed?
No. Observation begins when tracking starts unless verified history is imported.
How does Calendar Estimate work when availability history is incomplete?
When explicitly enabled and compatible with the selected price mode, it uses the selected calendar-period rate and clearly warns that the result is not corrected for stockouts.
Can I manage supplier pack size and MOQ?
Yes, together with supplier code, unit cost and notes.
Can I upload supplier XLSX order forms?
Yes. Standard safe .xlsx forms can be uploaded, mapped and reconciled locally.
Does it create and track purchase orders?
It records sent requests and supplier-confirmed, shipped and received evidence in its own ledger; it does not send or pay orders.
Does a planner receipt add stock to WooCommerce?
No. Reconcile physical stock in WooCommerce, ERP, WMS or your normal inventory process.
Does it include external POS or ERP-only sales automatically?
No. Free/Core reads supported WooCommerce orders unless an intentional integration brings other sales into that flow.
Are there remote services or telemetry?
No. Free/Core processing and XLSX handling are local, with no telemetry, licensing calls or remote forecasting.
What happens on deactivation or uninstall?
Deactivation interrupts observation. Version 1.0.1 does not drop or delete planner data or mutate stock during uninstall.
