Prices

The applicable price is shown before the order is confirmed.

The checkout clearly shows the final amount payable, including applicable taxes and other charges.

Leanmerce software is delivered electronically and no physical shipping charge applies.

Currency

The final card transaction through the current Bosnia and Herzegovina payment setup is processed in BAM.

Where prices are also displayed in EUR for international convenience, the corresponding BAM amount payable is shown before the customer submits payment.

Card payments

Card payments are processed through Monri and the applicable acquiring-bank infrastructure.

Itrade d.o.o. does not store customers’ full payment card numbers or card security codes.

Successful payment

An order is considered paid only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.

A browser redirect to a success page alone does not constitute authoritative payment confirmation.

Order documents

Following the order, the customer receives an electronic order confirmation and can access the order through their Leanmerce Account.

Official invoice

Official invoices are issued through the Itrade accounting workflow.

The current Leanmerce workflow is:

Order → Order Form → official Pantheon invoice → invoice attached to Leanmerce Order → customer Account

Under Account → Invoices, the customer can see the invoice number, invoice date, related order and download the official PDF.

If the official Pantheon invoice has not yet been attached, Leanmerce shows an Invoice pending state rather than representing the Order Form as an official tax invoice.

When an official invoice becomes available, the customer receives a notification.
