Consumer right of withdrawal
A consumer is a natural person purchasing primarily for personal or household purposes.
Under the Consumer Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 15 days without giving a reason. For services, the period starts on the date the contract is concluded.
Software that has been downloaded, activated or used
Applicable consumer law provides statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including certain services begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires and certain supplied computer/software content once used.
Accordingly, the statutory withdrawal right may be limited once supplied Leanmerce software has been downloaded, activated or otherwise used where the relevant statutory exception applies.
Nothing on Leanmerce.com excludes or limits consumer rights more broadly than applicable law permits.
Requesting a withdrawal
Where the statutory withdrawal right remains available, the consumer can send an unambiguous withdrawal request to:

No particular wording is required.
Refund period
Where a withdrawal is valid, Itrade d.o.o. will refund the amount due without undue delay and no later than the statutory deadline.
Defective or incorrectly supplied software
A request based on a software defect, incorrect entitlement or incomplete supply is handled separately under Complaints & Warranty.
Business purchases
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply to consumers.
Purchases made in the course of business or professional activity are governed by the applicable commercial terms and mandatory law.
