Depending on the service used, data may include:

- tax/VAT identifiers;

- activated site/domain and installation information;

Itrade d.o.o. does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Service providers / recipients
Where necessary, personal data may be processed or made available to categories such as:
- payment service providers and acquiring banks;
- hosting/infrastructure providers;
- transactional email providers;

Processors may process data only for authorised purposes and under appropriate obligations.
Personal data is not sold.
International processing
Where personal data is transferred or accessed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, use safeguards required under applicable data-protection law.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the applicable purpose and mandatory legal, accounting, tax, security and dispute-resolution requirements.
Closing a Leanmerce Account does not automatically erase records that Itrade d.o.o. is legally required to retain.

Subject to applicable statutory conditions, individuals may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability where applicable, objection where applicable and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
