Compatibility and requirements

WordPress 6.8+ (tested through 7.1), WooCommerce 9.0+ (tested through 11.1.2) and PHP 8.1+ are required. Production PAWS connectivity should use HTTPS and requires an active PANTHEON API subscription, the required Connector license(s) and merchant permissions for configured reads.

JSON diagnostics require no additional spreadsheet extension. XLSX diagnostics, EAN reconciliation export and template workflows require the PHP ZipArchive extension. Controlled EAN/GTIN writes additionally require the approved PANTHEON permission, confirmed and locked mapping and a supported allowlisted adapter.
