Leanmerce PANTHEON Sync PRO

Getting Started

PANTHEON API prerequisite

An active PANTHEON API subscription and the required Connector license(s), enabled by Datalab or an authorized Datalab partner, are required before the plugin can connect. Leanmerce pricing does not include those fees.

  1. Install and activate the plugin.
  2. Save and validate the commercial Leanmerce license.
  3. Configure the PANTHEON/PAWS connection and run Test connection.
  4. Keep Dry Run enabled while building the configuration.
  5. Run bounded, read-only Data Discovery.
  6. Review discovered fields, samples and candidates against the merchant PANTHEON workflow.
  7. Select and explicitly confirm each required document, warehouse, Product/Price, SKU and GTIN source.
  8. Lock protected mappings after confirmation.
  9. Verify that the applicable modules report Ready.
  10. Validate synchronization, Price Control, EAN/GTIN and reconciliation results with representative data while Dry Run remains enabled.
  11. Resolve Not Ready, ambiguity, duplicate and validation states.
  12. Enable Go Live and disable Dry Run only after the reviewed results match the merchant workflow.

How setup states relate

A successful connection permits bounded reads. Discovery proposes candidates but never confirms them. Confirmation records the administrator-approved semantic source; Lock protects that exact source from silent change. A protected mapping change invalidates its lock and the affected module can return to Not Ready. Dry Run validates workflows without live writes. Go Live enables only the supported, gated operations described in the Write Safety Policy.
