Reconciliation

Reconciliation compares WooCommerce stock with the configured PANTHEON source and presents the latest saved result for review. Opening the page, changing a result tab or applying a filter does not trigger a full catalog scan.

Refresh results deliberately

Run the explicit full stock check when a new catalog-wide comparison is required. The resulting rows and counts become the saved/latest reconciliation result used by normal page loads and navigation. Review the status, mapped SKU and product link before taking action.

Correct one SKU

An eligible single-SKU correction performs a targeted live PANTHEON read and rechecks the WooCommerce product before applying the verified stock direction. If the live source no longer supports the saved result, the correction is refused and a fresh check is required. The action and outcome remain auditable.

Stock correction is PANTHEON → WooCommerce only. Reconciliation does not write WooCommerce stock back to PANTHEON.
