Only controlled EAN/GTIN insert/update through an allowlisted adapter.

Can it update PANTHEON stock from Woo?

No.

Can it update PANTHEON prices from Woo?

No.

Does it create 9910 documents?

No.

How is the Woo GTIN source detected?

Discovery identifies native Woo and custom meta candidates; the administrator confirms one.

Can a custom EAN plugin be used?

Yes, as a confirmed read/reconciliation source. Custom storage does not automatically gain PANTHEON write capability.

How is the PANTHEON EAN source selected?

Through discovery, explicit confirmation and lock.

What does Confirm and Lock mean?

It records administrative approval of the exact source and protects it from silent change. Changing the source invalidates the lock.

Does discovery choose mappings?

No.

What if the schema differs?

Review bounded candidates and configure the verified merchant source.

How are UPC-A, EAN-13 and GTIN-14 compared?

Through check-digit validation and canonical GTIN-14 normalization.

What if a GTIN belongs to another SKU?

The write is blocked as a duplicate/equivalent ownership conflict.

Does XLSX import write immediately?

No. Import Dry Run classifies every row; only Ready rows can enter the separately confirmed gated action.

What is Dry Run?

A validation mode that prevents live writes.

What if a locked mapping changes?

The lock is invalidated and the affected module can return to Not Ready.

Do normal plugin updates delete settings?

No. Version-specific migration instructions remain in the applicable Upgrade guide.

Which languages are included?

English plus ten regional locale packages.

How do I send diagnostics?

Export credential-free JSON/XLSX evidence and attach it to Leanmerce Support.

Do diagnostics contain secrets?

No stored PAWS password, license key or API secret.

What if the license expires?

Installed runtime remains; live commercial write/update eligibility follows entitlement and grace rules.

Why can Plugin Check report the updater?

The commercial package intentionally uses the Leanmerce updater.

Does Price Control change sale prices?

No.

Does opening Reconciliation scan everything?

No. It shows saved results.

How do I force a fresh check?

Run the explicit full stock check.
