Configuration Reference
License and connection
Configure the commercial license, PAWS base URL, CompanyDB where required, the approved authentication mode and encrypted credentials. Use HTTPS in production and run Test connection before discovery. A connected state permits reads; it does not make modules Ready.
Operating state
Set the PANTHEON business timezone, synchronization baseline, Dry Run and Go Live. Dry Run prevents live writes while the configuration is validated. Go Live remains limited by entitlement, capability, mapping readiness and each module safety gate.
Business mapping
Configure document types for retail/POS, incoming stock, outgoing stock and ignored records; retail and source warehouses; physical-store, web and web-precedence payment/reference values; SKU/link fields; aliases; ignored identities; and shared-stock groups. Merchant values are never assumed automatically.
Product and price mapping
Select the Product/Price table plus the SKU/link, regular-price, product-name, supplier and classification/brand fields that exist in the verified merchant schema. Product/Price sources used by Price Control require review, explicit confirmation and Lock before readiness.
WooCommerce and PANTHEON GTIN sources
Select the Woo native Global Unique ID or a discovered custom meta source. Select the PANTHEON GTIN table plus SKU/link and GTIN value fields. An unknown/custom source may be confirmed for reading and reconciliation, but only a supported allowlisted adapter can become write-ready.
Confirm, Lock and readiness
A candidate is only a suggestion. Confirm records the administrator decision; Lock binds the protected mapping to that exact configuration. Changing a confirmed protected source invalidates the previous lock, so the affected module returns to Not Ready until it is reviewed and locked again. Generic settings changes do not bypass protected state.
Operational controls
Price Control supports supplier/classification filters, paginated results and export. EAN/GTIN Manager uses the confirmed Woo and PANTHEON sources, reconciliation statuses, CSV/XLSX exchange and gated correction actions. Stock Reconciliation uses saved results until an explicit full check and performs a targeted live read for an individual correction. Data Discovery and support diagnostics can export credential-free JSON/XLSX reports.
