Use diagnostics to explain evidence, not expose access

Data Discovery can export bounded, credential-free diagnostics in JSON and XLSX. EAN/GTIN Manager exports reconciliation evidence as CSV or XLSX. Operational logs and audit results identify the module, time and outcome of supported actions without requiring customers to disclose authentication secrets.

What to send

Send support@leanmerce.com or Account → Support the plugin version, WordPress and WooCommerce versions, affected module, concise steps and expected/actual result, the relevant credential-free diagnostics export and a screenshot when useful. For mapping questions, include the candidate/source names and readiness state; for reconciliation, state whether the saved result or a fresh explicit check was used.

What never to send

Never send PAWS, WordPress or database passwords, license keys, API/token secrets, payment data or unnecessary customer/order data. Diagnostics do not require those values. If an export cannot be reviewed safely, describe the visible field/status instead.
