Leanmerce Commerce Assistant

Understand Audit results and resolve findings

The Audit checks selected WooCommerce settings, saved merchant information and merchant-confirmed operational/legal-information items against the plugin’s currently supported BiH ruleset. It helps identify incomplete setup information, but it cannot independently certify a store or make a legal determination about every transaction.

Run the Audit

Open Leanmerce → Commerce Assistant → Tools, then use the Audit action. You can also run it from Step 7 of the Setup Wizard or review the latest available report on the Commerce Assistant Dashboard. A diagnostic role may be allowed to run the Audit without permission to edit merchant settings.

Read the four result groups

Group Meaning Recommended response
Blockers A required check did not satisfy the rules used for setup readiness. Open the finding, follow Go fix, correct the actual issue, save and re-run.
Warnings Something needs review or may need additional action, even if setup can continue. Read the explanation and verify the underlying store/business position.
Passed A defined check met the conditions evaluated at that moment. Keep the relevant merchant/WooCommerce data accurate as circumstances change.
Not applicable This check does not apply to the evaluated configuration. Do not count it as a failure or an independent legal exemption.

The summary contains pass, warning and blocker counts. A result can include an explanatory message, suggested action and a link to its wizard location. Advanced Diagnostic details may expose a check ID and technical source rule; these are troubleshooting identifiers rather than legal advice.

Typical areas examined

The current Audit includes checks related to languages, merchant identity and establishment, distance-sale and physical-goods declarations, seller/supplier relationship, WooCommerce Terms, checkout information, payment/shipping methods and eligibility of a customer order email. It also examines parts of the WooCommerce environment such as version, checkout and order-storage configuration.

A pass on one topic does not imply that all pages, products, customer messages or local rules have been reviewed. Some requirements are merchant declarations; the plugin does not contact registries to verify them.

Example: a missing Terms page

  1. Open the Terms finding in Blockers or Warnings.
  2. Use Go fix to reach the wizard’s Terms step.
  3. In WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced, choose a valid, published Terms and Conditions page. Review the actual content, rather than choosing a blank page.
  4. Return to Commerce Assistant, confirm the detected page appears and re-run the Audit.

The Terms content remains the merchant’s responsibility. The plugin checks the page binding and selected related configuration; it does not write your business’s Terms for you.

After an apparently successful Audit

If Blockers = 0, the wizard may enable Finish setup. Warnings should still be reviewed. Audit completion does not replace periodic checks after changing payment methods, shipping methods, WooCommerce pages, business contact details or checkout behavior.

For a technical report, use the privacy-safe diagnostics export rather than forwarding screenshots containing customer orders or secrets.
