Contracts, Final Terms, rights and advanced reporting

Runtime evidence: Exact Free/Core 1.0.7 and Pro 1.0.2 passed the combined local runtime gate with fictional example.test data. The observed flow covered accepted Final Terms, contract preparation and two-party acceptance, an executed agreement, usage rights, reminder scheduling, content review, XLSX generation and advanced CSV output.
Implemented Pro areas confirmed from source
- Contract packs for PR gift acknowledgement, gifted collaboration, paid creator, paid plus product and UGC content licence contexts.
- Versioned merchant templates with Draft, merchant-approved or merchant-attested legally-reviewed status.
- Human-readable Final Terms tied to an immutable accepted commercial snapshot.
- Contract preparation, merchant confirmation and creator review/acceptance records.
- Executed contract documents and protected downloads.
- Usage-rights lifecycle and reminders.
- Date-range reporting, recorded cost/attribution surfaces, XLSX workbook and advanced CSV exports.
Important boundaries
Leanmerce does not provide legal advice. Merchant template approval or a “legally reviewed” attestation records the merchant’s state; it is not a Leanmerce legal determination. Reporting is factual and does not claim creator content caused sales.
Live social-provider automation remains unavailable until provider validation and deliberate enablement. The Pro package must remain installed alongside Free/Core and use the normal Leanmerce license/update boundary.
Validated runtime procedure
- Activate exact Free/Core 1.0.7 and Pro 1.0.2 together in an approved non-customer environment.
- Create legally appropriate demo merchant/creator party records.
- Prepare a selected creator’s contract from the accepted Final Terms.
- Complete creator review/acceptance and verify the executed record.
- Confirm rights appear and reminders can be scheduled without errors.
- Export the XLSX workbook and inspect all expected sheets.
- Verify permissions, protected document downloads and no unrelated runtime errors.
