Counters, selection offers and creator responses

Counters keep proposed commercial and delivery terms explicit before a Collaboration begins.

Merchant counter

1. Open Leanmerce → Applications and select an eligible application.
2. Review the current proposal and negotiation history.
3. Choose Counter.
4. Enter the revised compensation, deliverables or timing supported by the form.
5. Add a clear creator-facing message.
6. Submit and wait for the creator response.

Selection offer

1. Select a creator directly or from Compare & Select.
2. Review the offer summary and the proposal it is based on.
3. Send the offer.
4. The application becomes selection pending while the offer is active.

Creator response

In My Account → Influencer Program, the creator opens the offer and chooses Accept, Counter or Decline. Accepting creates the Collaboration through the implemented workflow. A counter returns revised terms for merchant review; declining does not create a Collaboration.

Verify

Confirm negotiation history shows the correct actor, timestamp and terms. After Accept, open Leanmerce → Collaborations and verify the creator, Opportunity and accepted proposal context.

Recovery

If an offer cannot be accepted, confirm it is the latest active offer and has not been cancelled, superseded or declined. Do not send a duplicate offer merely to change a message; use the allowed counter flow.
