Status and collaboration terminology

Use these terms consistently when operating or supporting the product.

Program and creator terms

Creator profile: the store-specific Influencer Program record connected to a WordPress user.
Pending approval: the merchant has not approved a manual-approval profile.
Suspended / Blocked: Influencer Program access is restricted; ordinary My Account and orders remain.

Opportunity: the merchant’s creator-facing invitation and application configuration.
Draft: not published.
Open: visible to eligible creators and accepting applications.
Paused: temporarily not accepting applications.
Closed: applications have ended.
Archived: historical/inactive.
PR Gift: product with no obligation to publish.
Gifted Collaboration: product provided in exchange for agreed content.
Paid / Paid + Product / UGC: the implemented commercial/content collaboration contexts shown in the Opportunity form.

Application: the creator’s submission for one Opportunity.
Proposal: structured deliverables, timing and compensation where applicable.
Counter: revised proposed terms from merchant or creator.
Selection offer: the merchant’s invitation to proceed on specific terms.
Compare & Select: factual comparison for manual merchant decision; not ranking.

Collaboration: operational record created after an accepted selection offer.
Final Terms: immutable snapshot of accepted commercial context.
External/manual agreement: merchant-confirmed agreement handling outside Leanmerce; not an e-signature claim.
Fulfillment: product/shipping/tracking workflow.
Content submission: creator-delivered file or URL for merchant review.
Usage rights: recorded agreed permissions and lifecycle, not legal advice.
