What is Leanmerce Influencer Collaboration?

Leanmerce Influencer Collaboration adds a private, structured creator-collaboration workflow to a WooCommerce store. Merchants create Opportunities, receive creator applications and proposals, compare factual information, make their own selection decision, and manage the resulting collaboration through agreement, fulfillment, content review and history.

Who this is for

This guide is for store owners, program managers and creators who need to understand the product boundary before setup. WooCommerce is required. Free/Core supplies the operational workflow; Pro extends that workflow with contracts, rights lifecycle, advanced reporting and exports.

The two workspaces

Merchants work in WordPress Admin → Leanmerce. The workspace includes Overview, Opportunities, Influencers, Applications, Compare & Select, Collaborations, Agreements, Fulfillment, Content, CRM & Reports, and Settings.

Creators use their existing WooCommerce account. After sign-in they open My Account → Influencer Program to complete a creator profile, record social accounts, provide private analytics evidence, browse eligible Opportunities, apply, respond to offers, follow collaborations and submit content.

The decision boundary

Leanmerce does not rank, score or automatically choose creators. Compare & Select presents factual application and collaboration data. The merchant remains responsible for the selection decision.

The workflow at a glance

1. Configure enrollment and creator-profile fields.
2. Create an Opportunity and connect one or more WooCommerce products.
3. Open the Opportunity for eligible creators.
4. Review applications and structured proposals.
5. Select directly or compare two to five applicants before deciding.
6. Send a selection offer; the creator can Accept, Counter or Decline.
7. Manage the Collaboration through agreement, fulfillment and content.
8. Retain private creator history and agreed rights records.

Expected result

The store has one WooCommerce-native workflow rather than a separate creator portal. Normal customer account and order access remains separate from Influencer Program access.
