Free vs Pro

Free/Core is the required operational foundation. Pro is an extension and does not replace Free/Core.

Free/Core

Free/Core includes creator enrollment and profiles, the WooCommerce My Account creator workspace, Opportunities, applications, structured proposals, counters, shortlisting, factual comparison, manual selection, selection offers, Collaborations, external/manual agreement confirmation, fulfillment, content review, CRM/history and private evidence handling.

Free/Core deliberately keeps merchant selection manual. It does not rank creators, recommend a winner or provide a creator-discovery database.

Pro

The verified Pro source extends the same records and workflow with contract packs and templates, human-readable Final Terms, contract preparation and acceptance records, usage-rights lifecycle, reminders, advanced reporting, CSV/XLSX exports and recorded cost/attribution surfaces.

Live Instagram, TikTok and YouTube provider automation is not a publicly supported capability until each provider integration is separately validated and intentionally enabled. Manual social-account records and private evidence remain available without provider API access.

Plans and licensing

Single, Business and Agency use the same Pro feature set. They differ only by licensed production and linked staging/development site capacity. Current prices, launch pricing, renewal terms and automatic/manual renewal eligibility are rendered from the Leanmerce commerce system; documentation does not duplicate those authoritative values.

Choose an edition

• Start with Free/Core when the store needs the creator workflow and can handle agreements externally.
• Add Pro when the store needs the implemented contract, rights, reminder and advanced reporting tools.
• Keep Free/Core active when Pro is installed.

Verification

Open WordPress Admin → Leanmerce. Pro adds the relevant Contracts and reporting capabilities only when the exact Pro package is active and its license state permits the commercial features.
