Free maintenance and troubleshooting

  1. Open Tools & Diagnostics.
  2. Click Copy report or Download report. It contains versions, feature state and counts, not customers, orders, addresses, product titles, users, tokens or license data. Review before sharing.
  3. For ordinary deactivation, leave Retain all settings and product assignments selected. Deactivation retains data.
  4. Permanently purge Availability data on Core deletion applies only when Core is deleted and requires explicit confirmation. It is destructive; back up first.

Pro depends on Core, so deactivate/remove Pro before Core. Use the official Leanmerce Account and Support routes for updates, downloads, and assistance.
