Batch status and evidence

• Previewed: validated; nothing applied.
• Queued/processing: work remains.
• Completed: processing ended without recorded row errors.
• Completed with errors: some work failed; inspect result rows.
• Cancelled: remaining work stopped; earlier changes can remain.

Changed means persisted. Unchanged means the desired state already matched. Skipped means intentionally ignored/no change. Failed means rejected or not committed. Retained files can expire while audit/history remain. Resume and safe revert are conditional operations, not universal rollback guarantees.
