Pro maintenance and licensing

Use Tools & Diagnostics to review background jobs, batch-file retention and the system report. Pro adds integration and license status counts without exposing credentials or license keys.

Batch file retention accepts 1–365 days and defaults to 90. Expiration removes retained physical upload/result files; audit metadata and Movement History remain.

Pro deactivation, Pro deletion, Core deletion, license deactivation and commercial expiry are different:

• Deactivating Pro retains configuration and synchronizes/suspends Inventory Mode as implemented.
• Deleting Pro retains Pro data unless the Pro purge policy was explicitly selected and confirmed.
• Core cannot be deactivated while active Pro depends on it.
• Deleting Core retains its data unless Core purge was explicitly selected and confirmed.
• Commercial license activation and site management use the Leanmerce platform service.
• Expiry, grace state, outage, or a malformed response does not disable established shop runtime. Expiry ends eligibility for new Pro downloads, updates, and entitlement-gated support.

On Pro reactivation, retained Inventory Mode resumes only when the WooCommerce aggregate still matches retained location inventory; otherwise reconciliation is required.

Public update metadata and authorized private Pro package delivery are defined by the Availability platform contract. Candidate builds remain beta and no stable package is published. Before future updates: back up, verify a compatible Core/Pro pair on staging, update Core before Pro when required, test representative products/checkout, and retain the previous authorized packages for a controlled rollback.
