Install Pro beside Free

Existing Free customer

1. Confirm Free and WooCommerce are active. Do not delete Free.
2. Open Plugins > Add Plugin > Upload Plugin, select the authorized Pro ZIP, click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
3. Open Leanmerce > Availability. Confirm existing locations/display remain and Inventory, Product Defaults, and Order Methods appear.
4. Confirm the header states Free + Pro active and representative product assignments are unchanged.
5. Complete First useful Pro setup before accepting orders.

Buyer who starts with only a Pro ZIP

Do not try to run Pro alone. First install/activate the compatible Free/Core package using Install and activate Free, complete locations and first result in First successful Free setup, then return to the existing-customer steps above.

If dependency activation fails, verify the exact pair Core 2.5.0-dev.3 + Pro 1.1.0-dev.15; do not substitute another build silently.
