Resolution and inheritance

Resolution is per product and location.

For a simple product or stock-owning parent: use an explicit assignment when present; otherwise use the applicable default/fallback. Free’s fresh fallback is unavailable. Pro can provide Product Defaults. Migrated stores may have separately controlled legacy compatibility.

For a variation: use its explicit assignment when present. If removed/inherit, use the parent’s explicit assignment at that location when present, then the applicable default/fallback. A partially saved product can therefore be explicit at one location and defaulted at another.

Finally, WooCommerce stock status participates: an out-of-stock product does not become available because Leanmerce says Available. Free displays the result; compatible Pro also uses it for purchasability and fulfillment.
